Sean is one of those rare instructors who is both very knowledgeable and super friendly. He is intuitive and knows when to push you and when to let you off the hook. Whenever I have a physical issue he knows how to help. And my classes with him are something I look forward to --not something one normally says about working out.

Sean Neff should list himself as a MAGICIAN, because he makes running fun. When something's fun, I do it. When I do it, I get results. Parachutes & frisbees on the beach + Sean's positive outlook & humor = a winning formula.
We found Sean through a physical therapist who recommended him. We were only in LA for 8 weeks but needed someone to work with our 13 year old who was recovering from surgeries a few months earlier and still weak. Sean was incredibly fun for our son -- he did what our son liked, skateboarding, soccer, basketball and every kind of fitness/exercise that could help. He knew how far he could push to get the most out of our son with still workring safely. He also helped him with exercises prescribed by a PT. He was a pleasure to work with from my perspective, and my son completely looked forward to his time with Sean. We cannot recommend him more highly!
I joined a boot camp a couple of years ago which was how I first got to know
Sean Neff. He was one of my best instructor During my 6 week enrollment In camp. I soon learned why everyone was happy to see him, it was one of my best workouts. The time went by so fast and I felt so good afterwards, which I don't usually feel after a workout
The next time I saw Sean was through a friends referral. I had asked her if she knew of someone who could help my son with his fitness training.

Sean is amazing! He is one of the most positive people you will ever meet. He always comes to our house with a huge smile on his face and he brings a great energy. He stretches with my son a couple of times a week to keep him in good condition for the sports that he plays. He talks sports the entire time because he knows that's how to keep our child's interest and it works. Our son really enjoys working out with Sean because it's fun.
Sean also works out with my husband and my husband enjoys these workouts, even though he hates to get up in the morning.
One of the things we appreciate about Sean is that he has multiple credentials and certifications and is always looking to expand his knowledge base about the human body. In our experience, this differentiates him from the majority of the other trainers out there.
