This video is part 2 of a 3-part series all about neck pain.


In this video, Coach Sean and Dr. Fox will introduce you to all the different types of Neck Pain. From muscle pain, nerve entrapments, and bone diseases to dysfunction we will probably cover it.


Part 1 was an Intro and discussed:

Neck Anatomy: The 3 compartments. Vertebral, Vascular, and Visceral

Common Symptoms: Tightness, Spasms, Headaches, Postural causes, and Pain/Swelling

When to seek medical help: Injury, Pain after a few days, Radiating Pain, Headaches, Numbness, Lumps, Trouble swallowing/breathing, Nausea/fever, Pain with no cause.

Specialists: Chiropractor, Physical Therapist, Acupuncturist, Rheumatologist, Neurologist, Orthopedist

Diagnostic Tests: History, Exam, X-Rays, MRI, CT, EMG, and Bloodwork


Part 3 will be very important and we will discuss Therapies, Medications, Home remedies, and Prevention. (A Must Watch!)
